These website terms provide a plain-language summary of how Ironform Studios works. For a client project, the accepted Quote and Website Services Agreement set the project-specific scope, price, timing and commercial terms. If there is any inconsistency, the accepted project documents take priority.

1. Who we are

These website terms apply to Ironform Studios (ABN 47 929 915 568, “we”, “us”), an NSW-based website design service for Australian trade businesses.

2. Services and scope

Our current services include Launch, Growth and Website Rescue projects, optional Google Business Profile work where appropriate and eligible, Trade Logo & Brand Starter work, Business Email & Domain Setup, Project / Case Study Pages, and optional Hosting & Care. Current public pricing is shown on our pricing section. The exact inclusions, exclusions, add-ons and deliverables for a client project are confirmed in the accepted Quote and Website Services Agreement.

3. Project timing

Standard Launch and Growth projects are designed for a 7-day build once the agreed commencement conditions are satisfied. Website Rescue, custom work and approved scope changes may take longer. Client delays, late content or approvals, access issues and third-party delays can move the delivery date. The accepted project documents confirm how timing applies to a particular job.

4. Payment and changes

Unless a written Quote states otherwise, website projects are generally 50% upfront to commence and 50% before launch. The agreed scope stays at the agreed price. If you request work outside that scope, we will explain any additional fee and timing impact and seek approval before completing the extra work.

5. Cancellation

If a project needs to be cancelled after work has started, the applicable treatment of completed work, payments and reasonable committed costs is governed by the accepted Quote and Website Services Agreement.

6. Ownership and third-party services

After full payment, the client receives the ownership and usage rights described in the Website Services Agreement for the final project-specific deliverables. Reusable Ironform tools, methods, templates, components and pre-existing materials remain Ironform property, with any necessary licence granted for their use within the delivered website. Third-party software, fonts, platforms, stock assets, domains and other external services remain subject to their own terms and licences.

7. Hosting & Care

Ironform-built websites include 30 days of post-launch support unless the accepted Quote says otherwise. Optional Hosting & Care is currently $49/month for Ironform-built sites, month-to-month, with managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, enquiry-form checks and up to two small content updates each month. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns, integrations and other work outside the plan are quoted separately.

8. Client-supplied content

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use the text, photos, logos, reviews, business information and other material they provide, and for confirming the accuracy of factual claims before launch.

9. Results and search visibility

Ironform can build conversion-focused websites and local-search foundations, but we do not guarantee a particular Google ranking, enquiry volume, revenue result or other business outcome. The Free Ironform Trade Website Check is an Ironform diagnostic framework and is not a Google score or a promise of future performance.

10. Consumer law

Nothing in these website terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Current project terms

We may update this public website page from time to time. For an accepted client project, the version of the Quote and Website Services Agreement accepted for that project governs the project-specific commercial terms.
