Who we are

Ironform Studios (ABN 47 929 915 568) builds fixed-price trade websites for Australian businesses. This policy covers the website at ironformstudios.com only — not websites we build for clients, which are governed by each client's own terms.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote or Free Trade Website Check form on this site, we may collect: your name, business name, trade, selected service/package, website status or domain (if supplied), service area, phone number, email address, and any optional project or review details you provide. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also automatically log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.

How your enquiry is processed

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit the form, FormSubmit forwards your details to our email inbox and may send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Ironform Studios does not currently maintain a separate website enquiry database. We'd recommend reviewing FormSubmit's own privacy policy if you'd like detail on how they handle data in transit.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

How we use your information

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a requested website check or quote, and deliver the service you've requested. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
