Yes — for standard Launch and Growth scopes, once we've had the onboarding call and have the information we need. Rescue projects or custom requests can take longer, and we confirm that before you pay.
That's normal. On the onboarding call we'll pull what we need directly from you, use whatever photos exist on your phone or Facebook page, and use placeholder content where needed — swapped in during your 30 days of support.
Yes. Your domain and client-owned website content remain under your control subject to the accepted agreement and final payment. Where Google Business Profile work is included and your business is eligible, the profile remains owned by your business and Ironform only needs the access required to complete the agreed work.
Hosting arrangements are confirmed in your accepted project documents. Where Ironform hosts the site, we manage it during the included 30-day support window. After that, optional Hosting & Care is $49/month and includes managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and two small content updates a month. Or you can move the site elsewhere — your domain and client-owned site content remain yours.
You can continue on our optional $49/month Hosting & Care plan or take the site and run it independently. The care plan is month-to-month with no lock-in, and larger changes are quoted before we do them.
