Products and Licences

All digital artwork sold by Ironform Studios is protected by copyright. A standard purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to print and display the artwork in your home or personal space. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing a Commercial Licence.

Commercial Licences

A Commercial Licence grants the right to use artwork in commercial settings as specified in the licence tier purchased. Resale or redistribution of the digital files is not permitted under any licence.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Ironform Studios. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Digital Downloads

Download links are provided for personal use only. Links expire after a reasonable period. Do not share download links with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Ironform Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
