Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers will see converted pricing at checkout. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required in full before production or dispatch of any order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom name signs and made-to-order mirrors are produced specifically for you. By placing an order for a custom product, you confirm the details provided are correct. A proof will be sent for approval before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in custom text provided by the customer.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered as non-tangible files. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final once the files have been accessed. We are not responsible for your ability to use the files with particular software.

Consumer Rights — Australia

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer Rights — International

International customers retain all statutory rights afforded under the laws of their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, and content on ironformstudios.com are the intellectual property of Ironform Studios. Purchasing a product grants you a licence for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our digital or physical products without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
