Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (PDF wall art, wallpaper packs, planners) are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. We recommend reviewing product previews carefully before purchase.
However, if you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file, broken link), please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Physical prints (unframed and framed wall art) are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner Gelato. We accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective items, incorrect items shipped, or items lost in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for print-on-demand items.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
Commercial Licences
Commercial licence purchases are non-refundable once issued, as the licence is granted immediately upon purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@ironformstudios.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
